Why? Below 50 is still cold enough for winters. I wouldn’t really sorry about them until 60 or so and even then if it’s only for a couple days they aren’t going to wear that much that quickly

I have Continental DWS all seasons (Dry Wet Snow), while definitely not as good on snow and ice they do handle lower temperatures well. Also I’m probably going to do a good 500 miles over the next week, and I suspect the following week will likely be more of the same in terms of weather
